The offspring of Fyodor Sukhonin , who owned until 1618 the real estate in the Galich district of Kostroma governorship. His descendants, owning hereditary and acquired estates, served the Russian Throne in the staff and ober-officer ranks.

Emblem Description
In the scarlet shield, three crosswise gold swords up.
The shield is crowned with a noble crowned helmet. Crest: three ostrich feathers, of which the average gold, and the extreme - scarlet. The mark : scarlet with gold.
