Geographical position
The municipality is located north of the district center, Dmitrovsk . Borders with:
- Borodino rural settlement (in the north)
- Stolbishchensky rural settlement (in the east)
- Gorbunovsky rural settlement (in the south)
- City settlement Dmitrovsk (in the south)
- Alesha rural settlement (in the south-west)
- Bryansk region (in the west)
History
The Friendship Village Council was formed in the first years of Soviet power as part of the Volkonskaya volost of Dmitrovsky district . As of 1926, the village council included 11 settlements: Aleksandrovsky village, Beloch village, Evening Zarya village, Druzhno village, village of. Kolbasova , p. Krylovsky , Rybalovo water mill (on Neruss ), x. Moryakina , p. Pervomaisky , p. Sosnovsky , p. Old Village . Subsequently, it was abolished by joining the Dublin Village Council .
Restored by the beginning of the 2000s.
The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Oryol Region dated November 19, 2004 No. 447-OZ “On the Status, Borders and Administrative Centers of Municipalities in the Dmitrovsky District of the Oryol Region” [2] .
