Victor Yervandovich Dallakyan ( armenian Վիկտոր Դալլաքյան ; born March 1, 1958 , Vanadzor , Armenia ) is an Armenian political and statesman. Member of the National Assembly of Armenia since 1995 .

He graduated from the historical ( 1980 ) and legal ( 1996 ) faculties of Yerevan State University . Candidate of Historical Sciences. In 1981 - 1995 worked at the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of Armenia, has gone from a laboratory assistant to a senior researcher.
In 1995 , he was first elected to the National Assembly of Armenia. Until 1999 , member of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs, Deputy Chairman. Member of the deputy group "Reforms", then "Yerkrapa". In 1999 - 2003 Member, Deputy Chairman, Chairman of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs of the National Assembly. Member of RPA . In 2001 - 2003 Head of the Armenian delegation at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, Deputy Chairman of the Assembly. On May 25, 2003 he was appointed secretary of the Justice faction and held this position until August 28, 2006 . In 2007 - 2011 Member of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs of the National Assembly.
