History

Until 2005, the village was part of the now-abolished Gdov volost .

Church of St. Nicholas

Common names: Nikolskaya Church; Nicholas Church; Nikola church; St. Nicholas Church; Nicholas of Myra; Church; St. Nicholas Church; St. Nicholas Church.

A small brick church built in 1902 (1903?) Designed by PF Ponomarev, probably as a chapel. Cubic construction with a porch. Closed no later than the 1930s, until the 2000s only the walls survived. In the end. 2000s restored, built a new dome, consecrated as a church. ^[five]
