Alexander Vladimirovich Dvornikov was born on August 22, 1961 in the city of Ussuriysk, Primorsky Territory . In 1978, he graduated from the Ussuriisk Suvorov Military School and entered the Moscow Higher Combined Arms Command School named after the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR; graduating from it in 1982, he served in the Far Eastern Military District as platoon , company commander , and battalion chief of staff ^[2] .
