This is the first studio album, INXS, released after the death of its leader, Michael Hutchence . The place behind the microphone stand was taken by the winner of the Rockstar reality show : INXS JD Fortune .
The first single, “Pretty Vegas,” was available through the iTunes Store for two weeks. In total, four singles were released: “Afterglow”, “Devil's Party” (10th place in the Canadian BDS Airplay Chart), “Never Let You Go”, “Pretty Vegas” (37th place on the Billboard Hot 100 ) [2] .
According to an interview with INXS guitarist and saxophonist Kirk Pengilli , the latest song on the album, “God's Top Ten,” is dedicated to Hutchens and his daughter Tiger Lily. “God's Top Ten” was released in Canada and Poland , “Perfect Strangers” in Australia, as promos for promoting the album.
Different digital editions contain different bonus tracks. ITunes includes “Let's Ride,” and a digital album booklet ; MSN - “Amateur Night”; Real Rhapsody - “Easy Easy”; Yahoo! Music is the new Devil's Party mix.
