Career

Olga and Josef Bestendigi represented Slovakia at the 2002 Winter Olympics , where they took 17th place. In general, at the world championships they took places in the region of the second ten, and at the European championships several times entered the top ten. After the 2002 Olympics, the couple broke up: Olga ended her career, and Josef went to the USA and tried to slide with other partners. In the 2004-2005 season, brother and sister began to perform together again, but only lasted a season, as the Slovak Figure Skating Federation refused to finance them.
