Biography
Cher was born in the town of Ville , and he started playing football as part of the club of the same name , where he played for 3 years: from 2009 to 2012, until he was noticed by scouts of Basel , the strongest club in Switzerland. On July 4, 2012, it was officially announced that Fabian had become a red-blue player [2] . The contract was signed until 2015, with the possibility of continuing until 2016 [3] .
On June 4, 2015, Cher moved to Hoffenheim , signing a contract until 2019 [4] .
On July 22, 2017, the defender moved to the Spanish Deportivo La Coruña . The 25-year-old footballer signed a four-year contract. According to Football Espana, the transfer amount was 4 million euros.
On July 26, 2018, English Newcastle United took advantage of the option in Cher's contract and bought it back for £ 3 million. The football player’s personal contract was concluded for three years [5] .
