History
The club was founded in 1996, in the same year took second place in the second division, received a promotion and was able to play in the Jia-A League. However, the next season again flew into the first league. A year later, under the leadership of head coach Xu Genbao and the main “star” Gao Hongbo, the club again won the right to play in the elite, but again failed in the season and left the Jia-A League. In 2000, for financial reasons, the club was deprived of a place in the second division, and then disbanded.
