• In 1998, a group of graduates of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of Leningrad University, led by Ivan Kuznetsov, launched the Pay Cash project.

• In December 2013, the non-bank credit organization MOBI.Money received a license from the Bank of Russia. The founder of the NPO was MOBI.Money JSC.
• In October 2017, the MOBI.Money group of companies received the status of an official Alipay partner in Russia. This partnership allows Russian retail and retail enterprises to accept payments for goods and services using the Alipay mobile application without additional equipment costs, based on standard cash registers and MOBI.Money technological solutions.
