Biography
Abakar Abakarovich Abdullaev was born on June 1, 1913 in the village of Guni, Kazbekovsky district.
Scientific activity
In 1963, Abakar Abakarovich was invited to the United Nations International Atomic Energy Agency ( IAEA ) as a consultant to the Soviet Union on the use of radioactive isotopes in hydrogeology.
In 1965, at the invitation of the Czech Academy of Sciences, Abdullaev visited the Mining Institute of Czechoslovakia as a consultant, where radioactive methods developed by a group of scientists led by him were applied. A. A. Abdullaev, as a delegate of the USSR, participated in the International Symposium on the Use of Radioisotope Instruments in Industry and Geophysics, convened in Warsaw on the initiative of the IAEA .
Mentoring
Under the scientific supervision of A.Abdullaev, 5 candidate dissertations were defended.
Inventions
Abdullaev created new RZA-1 and RZA-2 radioisotope probes for simultaneous and rapid determination of the filtration rate, flow direction and groundwater flow rate in single wells directly in the field, without sampling.
Death
He died in February 1983 . He was buried in his native village [1] .
