Geography
It is located 33 km from Kazan , 2 km from the M7 highway.
History
Kulaevo appeared after Ivan the Terrible took Kazan in 1552 and was nicknamed by the name of the first settler Tatar Kulaya [1] . There is a version that a 17th century Tatar poet is associated with the village. Mavlya Kolyi (Bermeley Kulaev). The village before the 1917 revolution had a school and a church.
Current status
Many residents work in Kazan , but do not lose touch with their native village. Residents of the village prefer to engage in vegetable growing and cattle breeding . Gardening is partially developed. The village has a good geographical position, located in a picturesque place. The village has a kilometer road that connects it with the main highway.
Infrastructure
In the village operates a house of culture with a library [2] . The Shali bus runs to the village secondary road.
