Biography
Born in Yekaterinodar in the family of the stoker in 1906. Since 1923 - student turner at the engineering plant " Kubanol " in Krasnodar . The instructor, head of the Krasnodar, Ust-Labinsky district committees of the Komsomol , the representative of the Komsomol in the Kuban district department of public education, the head of the department of the village district committee of the Komsomol (1923-1928), at the Komsomol work. In 1928-1930 he was in the Red Army . He graduated from the Rostov Institute of Mechanical Engineering (according to other sources, Cherkasy Polytechnic Institute [1] ) in 1935. In 1935-1937, he was a process engineer , assistant to the shop manager of the Red Hydropress Taganrog Machine-Building Plant. In 1937-1938 - Secretary of the Stalin District Committee of the CPSU (b) Taganrog . In 1938 - the 2nd Secretary of the Taganrog City Committee of the CPSU (b) , head of the Industrial Department of the Rostov Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) . In 1938-1939 - student of the NKVD courses of the USSR . In 1939-1940 - Head of the NKVD Directorate for the Tula Region . In 1940-1941 - People's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the Kazakh SSR , People's Commissar of State Security of the Kazakh SSR. In 1941-1943 - again the People’s Commissar of Internal Affairs of the Kazakh SSR, and in 1943-1944 - again the People’s Commissar of State Security of the Kazakh SSR. In 1944-1945 - Head of the Office of the NKGB in the Chelyabinsk region . In 1945-1946, he was authorized by the NKGB — NKVD of the USSR for the Latvian SSR . In 1946-1949 - Commissioner of the Council of Ministers of the USSR at the Research Institute of Physical Problems of the USSR Academy of Sciences . In 1949-1950, he was deputy head of the 1st Main Directorate for Personnel under the USSR Council of Ministers. He died in Moscow .
