History
The Maslovsky Village Council existed in the 1920s and 1930s, then it was liquidated. It was re-formed in 1968 , as a result of the reorganization of the Gultsovsky and October village councils. It included the villages of Maslovo, Sorochka, Shvanovo, Rozhensk , Zvitovka, Kuklino and st. Bryn. In the mid-1970s Shirts and Shvanovo transferred Brynsky village council. [4] [5]

Economics
