It is part of the Sidorovsky Municipal Formation (from January 1, 2006 to April 9, 2009 it was part of the Lezhsky Municipal Formation) [1] [2] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division , it was part of the Anokhinsky Village Council.
The distance to the regional center of Gryazovets by road is 36 km, to the center of the Sidorovo municipality in a straight line - 20 km. The nearest settlements are Kazarkino , Chistyunino , Khlyzino .
According to the census in 2002, there was no permanent population [3] .
