Biography

In 1932 he graduated from the Kiev Technological Institute of Food Industry. Candidate of Economic Sciences (1946).

  • 1926 - 1927 - agitator of the district committee of the LKSM of Ukraine, p. Camel Zinovievsky District .
  • 1927 - 1929 - cadet of the cooperative trade union school, Alexandria .
  • 1929 - 1932 - a student at the Kiev Technological Institute, at the same time since 1931 a propagandist of the Central Committee of the Lenin Communist Youth Union of Ukraine, Odessa region .
  • 1932 - 1937 - Senior Researcher, Deputy Head of the Economic Department of the Research Institute of the alcohol industry.
  • 1937 - 1940 - Deputy, then Head of the Planning and Economic Department of the People's Commissariat of the Food Industry of the USSR.
  • 1940 - 1941 - member of the Economic Council on consumer goods at the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR.
  • 1941 - 1946 - Deputy Commissar (Minister) of the food industry of the USSR.
  • 1946 - 1947 - Deputy Minister of the USSR flavoring industry.
  • 1947 - 1949 - Member of the Food Industry Bureau at the USSR Council of Ministers.
  • 1949 - First Deputy Minister of the meat and dairy industry of the USSR.
  • 1949 - 1951 - First Deputy Minister of Food Industry of the USSR.
  • 1951 - 1953 - Minister of Food Industry of the USSR. With the death of Stalin, the Ministry of Food Industry unites, among others, the Ministry of Light and Food Industry, which Kosygin headed.
