It is part of the Komyansky municipal formation [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - in the Komyansky village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Gryazovets is 23 km, to the center of the municipality of Khoroshevo - 1.5 km. The nearest settlements are Patrakeevo , Silifonovo , Orlovo .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 11 people [2] .
