It is part of the Rostilovsky municipality [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - in the Rostilovsky village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Gryazovets is 17 km, to the center of the municipality of Rostilovo - 10 km. The nearest settlements are Sitnikovo , Abanino , Kebas .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 77 people (37 men, 40 women). The entire population is Russian [2] .
