It is part of the Rostilovsky municipality [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - in the Rostilovsky village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Gryazovets is 15 km, to the center of the municipality of Rostilovo - 10 km. The nearest settlements are Obnorskaya Sloboda , Sopelkino , Kebas .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 5 people [2] .
