It is a part of Pertsevsky municipal formation [2] , from the point of view of administrative-territorial division - into Pertsevsky village council.
The distance by road to the district center of Gryazovets is 15 km, to the center of the Sloboda municipality is 5 km.
In the "Genealogy of the Vologda Village" it is indicated that in 1628 the village of Zvyaglovka was a secular patrimony in the Komelsky volost of the Vologda district .
