It is part of the Pertsevsky municipality [1] , from the point of view of administrative-territorial division - in the Pertsevsky village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Gryazovets is 16 km, to the center of the municipality of Sloboda - 6 km. The nearest settlements are Kroplevo , Chernava , Stanovishchevo , Golubkovo , Bogorodny Krutets .
According to the census in 2002, there was no permanent population [2] .
