It is part of the Yurovsky municipality [1] , from the point of view of administrative-territorial division - in the Minkinsky village council.
The distance to the regional center of Gryazovets by road is 36.5 km, to the center of the municipality of Yurovo in a straight line - 8 km. The nearest settlements are Filippovo , Balagurovo , Bokotovo .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 23 people (9 men, 14 women). The entire population is Russian [2] .
