It is part of the Yurovsky municipality [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - in the Pokrovsky village council.
The distance to the regional center of Gryazovets by road is 11.5 km, to the center of the municipality of Yurovo in a straight line - 14 km. The nearest settlements are Krechkovo , Starovo , Zhelominino .
According to the census in 2002, there was no permanent population [2] .
