It is part of the Yurovsky municipality [1] , from the point of view of administrative-territorial division - in the Yurovsky village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Gryazovets is 19 km, to the center of the municipality of Yurovo - 3 km.
According to the census in 2002, there was no permanent population [2] .
