Bashir Kushtov (full name is Kushtov Bashir Abdulkhamidovich ; born February 6, 1968 , USSR ) is an entrepreneur from Ingushetia , better known as the husband of the singer Sogdiana (since 2009 ) [1] . March 22, 2010 the couple had a son, Mikail, who for Bashir Kushtov became the tenth child [2] .
In 2009, he was elected president of HC “Lynx” SOBR of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia , which had serious financial difficulties at that time [3] , however, according to the assessment of head coach Valery Alekseevich Vasiliev [4] , it was the leadership of Bashir Kushtov that allowed the club to continue to exist and remain KHL .

Charity
The program "Children of the world free communication" is a charity event recently held in Ingushetia . The essence of the program: to provide children with disabilities, as well as children from families with modest incomes, the opportunity to learn through a special online program 9 foreign languages (Russian, Spanish, English, German, French, Latvian, Korean, Chinese, Japanese). Bashir Kushtov stood at the origins of this program and became one of its sponsors.
Bashir is also known as the publisher of such projects as the “ Wild Division of the Ingush Regiment ” and “ The History of the Vainakhs in Persons ”. Bashir Kushtov conducted four more events with the participation of the Fili-Davydkovo State Budgetary Institution of Public Health in the Fili-Davydkovo building. Bashir financed the entire material part of the project and personally participated in the events.
Participation in provocations and riots May 6, 2012
It is alleged [5] that in 2012, during the confrontation between the factions of Romodanovsky and the Minister of Internal Affairs Nurgaliyev, Kushtov was hired by Alik Khabibulin to organize public actions in support of the minister. Among these actions, for example, pseudo-meetings were held against the journalist Alexander Khinshtein, who actively opposed Nurgaliyev. [6]
For the last action, which would demonstrate the leadership of the country to the effectiveness of Nurgaliyev at his post, Kushtov had to provoke riots on the March of millions, which would be severely suppressed by the police. In preparation, Kushtov considered various options for provocations, including the use of tear gas and incendiary elements. As a result, the tactics of breaking through the cordon and provoking clashes with the police were chosen. It is reported that Kushtov received 15 million rubles from Khabibulin for organizing the riots. [5]
