Geography
Located on the border with Brazil , 12 km south of the city of Acegua and 45 km north of the administrative center of the department, the city of Melo . The absolute height is 174 meters above sea level [1] .
History
November 15, 1963 received the status of the village ( Pueblo ) [2] , and October 20, 1992 - the status of a small city ( Villa ) [3] .
