Physical Properties
Rhodium (III) fluoride forms red crystals of trigonal syngony , space group R 3 c , cell parameters a = 0.4878 nm , c = 0.6809 nm , Z = 3 (according to other sources, these are crystals of rhombic syngony , cell parameters a = 0.530 nm , b = 0.719 nm , c = 0.487 nm , Z = 4 ).
It is not soluble in water, acids and alkalis.
