Story
The scandalous Irish journalist Dan Starkey, in between constant drinking and morning hangover, manages to write topical reports full of political satire that offends the interests of many "powerful people of this world."
Once in the park, he meets a fun and very sociable student Margaret. And, despite Starky having Patricia’s beloved wife, very soon the relationship between him and the girl becomes more than close. And after some time, he finds his new girlfriend dying in a pool of blood. The only thing that manages to make out to the stunned Dan in Margaret's dying delirium was the phrase "Get divorced, Jack."
From that moment on, the life of an unlucky journalist went at a breakneck pace. Because Margaret was full of surprises. First, she was the daughter of the Economic Advisor to Ireland’s premier prime minister Michael Brynn. And before her death, the girl received a birthday present from her beloved dad, in which there was hidden dirt on the chef, whose unfortunate owner, by pure chance, is Dan. Well, Brynn, of course, really does not want his old sins to come out exactly on the eve of the election. And secondly, the girl turned out to have a very unpleasant appendage in the form of a former friend - a criminal authority known by the nickname "Dirty Pat Kigen", who simply burns with the desire to profit from valuable information and, in the meantime, would not mind talking to Dan about men their common dead girlfriend.
Feeling that the earth is beginning to burn under his feet, Dan rushes off. Along the way, he met with the nun / stripper / nurse Lee, and also tries to establish a relationship with his wife and find out who killed Margaret, and finally the mysterious Jack and his divorce.
