According to the 2010 census, 133 people live in the village of Azarovo (58 men and 75 women) [2] .
The village of Azarovo is located 12 km south of the city of Mtsensk . The nearest settlements are the village of Muzhitsky and the village of Slobodka .
In Soviet times, a collective farm was founded in the village. Karl Marx. After perestroika, it was transformed into the Azarovo KSP, and then into the Merkulov and K TNV [3] .
From the village of Azarovo, Maxim Polivanov was born, he is also Rusty Max, a rap artist known in narrow circles. Currently lives in the city of Orel.
