Biography

Born in 1913 . Since 1940, serving in the state security organs , he was an engineer , a senior engineer of the 2nd Special Department of the NKVD of the USSR . Since 1941, Head of the Department of Government Communications of the NKVD of the USSR.

Since 1942, Deputy Head of the Government Communications Department of the NKVD of the USSR, since 1946 - the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR , since 1949 - the Ministry of State Security of the USSR . From 1949 he was appointed Head of the Government Communications Department of the MGB of the USSR, from 1953 of the “C” Department of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs, from 1954 of the “C” Department of the KGB under the USSR Council of Ministers .

Since 1959, the head of the KGB Government Communications Forces under the USSR Council of Ministers. Since 1969, Head of the Government Communications and Troops of the Government Communications of the KGB under the USSR Council of Ministers.

In 1973 he retired. He died in 1995 in Moscow .
