Fedorov, Vladimir Alexandrovich

Vladimir Alexandrovich Fedorov (born September 10, 1946 , Petrozavodsk ) is the head of the Directorate of the State Automobile Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (1990-1992), the head of the Main Directorate of the State Automobile Inspectorate-State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (1992-2002), and a member of the Council of the Federation (2003-2016).
