Variety characteristics

Trees of medium height. The density of the crown is average. The main branches extend from the trunk at an angle close to straight, the branches are curved, sparse, the ends of the branches are directed up and to the sides.

The bark on the trunk and main branches is smooth, brown. The predominant type of fruit formations is mixed (simple and complex gloves ).

Shoots of medium length, articulated, brown, without pubescence with numerous large lentils. Buds pressed, large, elongated, smooth.

The leaves are large and medium in size, broadly egg-shaped, dark green, shiny. The edge of the leaf is serrate, folded, the plate is convex, without pubescence, curved down. Petiole of leaf long, not pubescent.

Generative kidneys are medium, smooth, elongated. The flowers are medium, small bowl-shaped, white. Petals are oval, medium.

Fruits are medium-sized (115-135 g), elongated pear-shaped, smooth, the color is greenish, in mature fruits it is greenish-yellow, the integumentary is absent. The peduncle is long, medium, curved, oblique. The funnel is shallow, there is no rust. The cup is closed, the saucer is small. The heart is small, elongated, ovoid. Seed chambers closed, medium. The calyx is short, of medium width.

Seeds are large, ovoid, black.

The fruit pulp is creamy, tender, semi-oily, very juicy, sour-sweet taste. Tasting assessment of appearance 4.1 points, taste 4.4 points.

The chemical composition of fruits: sugars - 10.0%, acids - 0.15% [1] .

In Culture

Winter hardiness and frost resistance are high [2] .

In Moscow, the fruits ripen in the second decade of August. The variety is quick-growing and high-yielding. On average, over five years, the yield was 28 t / ha [1] .
