“Daughter-in-law's Riot” ( Uzbek. “Kelinlar qoʻzgʻoloni / Kelinlar қўzқўoloni” ) is a Soviet feature film directed by Melis Abzalov based on the play of the same name by Said Ahmad. The film was created at the film studio "Uzbekfilm" in 1985 . Considered one of the best Uzbek films. [one]

Story
The main character of the film is an old Farman-bibi ruled by a large family. She is an honest, wise and loving mother, but very strict and conservative. She has forty one grandson. The younger son marries Nigora, which goes against the family despotism of Farman-bibi and attracts other daughters-in-law to its side.
