Ilyichevsky Village Council ( Ukrainian Ілічівська сільська рада , Crimean-Tat. Qara Quyu köy şurası ) - an administrative-territorial unit in the Leninsky district of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea of Ukraine (actually until 2014; earlier until 1991 - as part of the Crimean region of the Ukrainian SSR in the USSR ), on the Kerch Peninsula .

From the 1920s to the end of the 1950s the territory of the village (village council) was part of the Semi-Kolodezyansky village council , abolished in the 1950-60s. in connection with the inclusion of its center of the village of Seven Wells in the village of Ilyichevo . Then, apparently, instead of the Seven-Kolodezyansky, the Ilyichevsky Village Council appeared.
According to the 2001 census, the population of the village council is about 1.8 thousand people. Area 42 km² [1] .
By 2014, it consisted of 1 village Ilyichevo . Previously, the Village Council included Zavodskoye , Kalinovka , Uvarovo and Rybnoye absorbed by the city of Shchelkino [2] .
Since 2014, the Ilyichevsk rural settlement has been located on the site of the village council.
