Chazhegovo is a village in the Gaynsky district of Perm Territory . It is part of the Gaynsky rural settlement . Located south of the district center, the village of Gayny . The district center is 18 km away [1] . According to the 2010 All-Russian Population Census, 63 people lived in the village (31 men and 32 women) [2] .

History
Before the October Revolution, the village of Chazhegovo was part of the Gaina volost, and in 1927 - part of the Chazhegovsky village council. According to the 1926 census , there were 70 households in the village, 357 people lived (172 men and 185 women). The predominant nationality is Russian. There was a first-level school. [3]
As of July 1, 1963, 108 people lived in the village [1] . Until the end of 1962, the settlement was part of the Chazhegovsky village council, and in 1963 the village became part of the Danilovsky village council [1] .

- Alexander Yakovlevich Sozonov (1925-1944) - a participant in the Great Patriotic War, Hero of the Soviet Union.
