Milkweed coconoprime [1] ( lat. Malacosoma castrensis ) is a species belonging to the genus Malakosome from the coconopath family.

Description
The wingspan of a male is 30–32 mm, and a female is 40 mm. Fly in June-August depending on location. The caterpillars mainly live on euphorbia , cypress euphorbia , cornflower , wormwood , heather , tenderweed and other herbaceous plants, less often on deciduous young trees and shrubs.
Geography
Europe (except the north), the Caucasus , Central Asia .
