Biography
Born January 20, 1957 in the family of the Rostov artist Ilya Markovich Khashkhayan [1] .
He graduated from the Rostov Art College , Leningrad Institute of Painting, Architecture and Sculpture. Repin [1] . Member of the Union of Artists of Russia [1] .
