Biography
Dilgam Babir oglu Tagiev was born on January 6, 1950 in the Kelbeger district. He graduated from Baku State University with a degree in petrochemistry. He is a member of the scientific council of the Institute of Petrochemical Processes (INCP) and the specialized Council at the Institute of Chemical Problems, specializing in chemical kinetics and catalysis. Since 1994, D. B. Tagiyev is the head of the Department of Biophysics and Bioorganic Chemistry of the Azerbaijan Medical University [1] and the head of the Laboratory of Heterogeneous Catalysis of the National Institute of Chemical Economy of ANAS. In 2007 he was elected a corresponding member of ANAS . In 2013 he was elected an academician of ANAS
