Located on the Kerch Peninsula , in the north overlooked the coast of the Kazantip Bay of the Sea of Azov .
The population according to the 2001 census is about 1.3 thousand people [1] . The area of the village council is 50 km² [2] .
By 2014, it consisted of 6 villages:
- Belinsky
- Verkhnezamorskoe
- Golden
- Lower Zamorsky
- Novootradnoe
- Station
Since 2014, the Belinsky rural settlement has been located on the site of the village council.
