Shahin Asmaye ( Dari شاهین آسمایی ; Pashto شاهین آسمایی ; English Shaheen Asmayee ) is an Afghan football club founded in August 2012 . Since its founding, it has regularly participated in the Afghan Premier League , Afghanistan's top football division. In the season of 2018, he took second place and became the silver medalist.

The name of the club literally translates as Asmaye Falcons . A common nickname of the club is accordingly - falcons .
He got into the Afghan Premier League as a result of qualifying games. Some of the players were selected as a result of a television casting show called "Green Field". In the first season of the Afghan Premier League in 2012, he finished fifth. In the next two seasons he became the champion, in the 2015 season he became the second, in the seasons of 2016 and 2017 he again became the champion of the Afghan Premier League, in 2018 he repeated his result three years ago - second place.

Since Shahin Asmaye became the champion of the Afghan Premier League in the 2016 season, the club received the right to represent Afghanistan for the first time in its history and in the recent history of Afghan football in the international tournament in 2017 - the AFC Cup - the second most prestigious, strongest and most important continental club tournament in AFC ( Asia ). Already in the first preliminary qualifying round, “Shahin Asmaye” lost to the vice-champion of Tajikistan “ Hosilot ” with a total score of 0: 1 in two matches and flew out of the tournament.
