The historical center of Veliky Novgorod
Zagorodsky end is one of the five ends (districts) of ancient Novgorod .
History
By the 13th century, the space between Nerevsky and the Ludozhnye Konetsy received the name “fence” and subsequently acquired the status of Zagorodsky end [1] .
As in other urban areas, socially significant issues were resolved by citizens at the assembly , but nothing is known about where the assembly of the Zagorodsky end was going [2] .
