ESPY Award for Best Athlete with Disabilities

ESPY Award for Best Athlete with Disabilities ( Best Female Athlete with a Disability ESPY Award ) is an annual award given to the best athlete with a disability. The award has been presented since 2005 to athletes, regardless of nationality and sports discipline. From 2002 to 2004, the ESPY Award was awarded to the best athlete with disabilities, and both men and women could become its owners, and from 2005 there was a separation and it was awarded separately to men and women.

Voting takes place on the Internet and anyone can vote for the finalists selected by the ESPN Nomination Committee. In June, the committee selects finalists who over the past 12 months have shown the most significant sports achievements.
