Medvedki is located 21 km north-west of the district center Istra and 10 km from the railway station Rumyantsevo of the Riga direction , the height above sea level is 243 m [4] .
Content
History
In the XVI — XVIII centuries Medvedki were part of the Izhevsk camp of Dmitrov district , in 1782-1796 - in the Resurrection district and then in Novopetrovsk volost of the Ruza district of the Moscow province . Under Soviet rule, from 1922, the village was part of the new Resurrection County , from June 3, 1929 as part of the Resurrection District of the Moscow Region [5] .
