Content
History
The ancient city of Mavra, which today is identified with the archaeological site of Duelt-Zerga in Algeria, was in the Roman province of Mauritania and in the first centuries of Christianity was the center of the eparchy of the same name.
Since 1933, the diocese of Moors has been the titular diocese of the Roman Catholic Church.
