Biography

Orthodox, a peasant in the village of Sivorogi, Ushitsky district.

He graduated from the parish school . He was a psalmist and assistant teacher at a parish school.

In 1906 he was elected to the I State Duma from the general electors of the Podolsk provincial electoral assembly. He was a member of the Labor Group, signed statements "On the formation of a commission to investigate the crimes of officials" and "On the formation of local agrarian committees."

The further fate is unknown.
