Biography

Son of a priest

In 1887 he graduated from the Podolsk Theological Seminary . At the end of the seminary, he was a caretaker of the St. John the Baptist Brotherhood's craft school. In 1888 he was ordained priest. He was the rector of the church, from 1905 he was an observer of parochial schools in Balt district .

In 1912 he was elected a member of the State Duma from the Podolsk province. He was a member of the faction of Russian nationalists and moderate-right (FNUP), after its split in August 1915 - in the group of supporters of P. N. Balashov . He was a member of the commissions: on the execution of the state list of incomes and expenses, financial, on the working issue, on public education, on the affairs of the Orthodox Church and on agriculture.

During the First World War he served as a priest of the 51st military ambulance train of Empress Alexandra Feodorovna . In the Duma meetings did not participate, for which he was fined.

The fate after 1917 is unknown. He was married, had three children.
