Biography
Orthodox, a peasant in the village of Kapustyany, Novo-Ushitsky district .
Received primary education at home, illiterate. Engaged in agriculture.
In February 1907 he was elected to the II State Duma from the Podolsk province. He was a member of the Labor Group and a faction of the Peasant Union. April 16, 1907 withdrew from the faction due to disagreement with its decision to vote against the government bill on the contingent of new recruits for 1908. May 25 of the same year entered the Ukrainian community.
