Biography
From the nobles. Born November 14 (26), 1843 in the settlement of Novokhutorskaya, Voronezh province - the son of retired lieutenant Vladimir Dmitrievich Shidlovsky (1816-1892) and Ekaterina Arsenyevna, nee Kozlova.
December 18, 1865 entered the service of the State Chancellery in the Department of Laws. Since January 1, 1879, the assistant to the Secretary of State, was in charge of office management in the institution of the Commission on Prison Transformation under the State Council. In 1881 he was transferred to the department of state economy, in 1891 he was appointed a member of the commission formed to discuss the issue of measures to maintain noble land ownership.
In 1892, he was mercifully ordered to attend the Governing Senate, here he was first present in the sixth department, and then in the 1st department and in the combined presence of the first and cassation departments, and finally in the combined presence until March 9, 1895, when he was appointed Member of the Council of State, where he was present at the Department of State Economy.
There was a single. He died on March 1 (14), 1907 in St. Petersburg. He was buried in with. Fertile Biryuchensky district of the Voronezh province.
