Club
In his debut match in the Continental Hockey League, he played to zero. On October 13, 2012, Donbass played away against Chekhov's Vityaz and won 1-0. Goryachevsky repelled all 30 shots on goal.
International
As part of the national team of Belarus, he took part in four consecutive world championships (2005-2008), however, he went on the ice only once - in 2007 against the Canadian team. The match ended with the victory of the founders of hockey with a score of 6: 3, a hat-trick against the Goryachevsky goal was marked by Shane Doan . Stepan scored 34 shots on his own goal out of 40 [1] . Canadians became the winners of that World Cup.
