The Royal Village Council is a municipality with the status of a rural settlement and an administrative-territorial entity in the Tyumentsevsky district of the Altai Territory of Russia. The administrative center is the Royal settlement [1] [2] .

According to the results of the 2010 All-Russian Population Census , the population of the municipality was 581 people, including 276 men and 305 women [3] . The Rosstat estimate as of January 1, 2012 is 568 people [4] .
